Last week, Monday the 13th to Friday the 17th, the College was packed to the brim with all kinds of fun learning sessions taking place as part of our Activities Week.
We had trips taking place throughout the week to Thorpe Park, Alton Towers, Old Town and Green Bridge Cinema as part of Art, ICT, Business and Geography Lessons, as well as many activities taking place within the College such as Whack It P.E. Basketball Tournaments, Modern Foreign Languages Board Games, Tile Art, Drama and Music Performances and Meditation Sessions to name a few. It was lovely to see all of our students from Years 7 straight up to Sixth Form excited to take part and working together to achieve some wonderfully creative outcomes.
A major part of Activities Week was Sports Day, held on Wednesday the 15th , a HUGE well done and pat on the back is in order for all of our students who took part in any of the competitions going on. Evesham, Congratulations especially are in order for you! You were of course our House Winner this time. Not to worry Buckfast, Glastonbury and Walsingham you’ll get them next year! It was absolutely fabulous to see all of our students working together and cheering their teams on, Thank you all for your fantastic behaviour throughout the day and the never-ending enthusiasm.
We would also like to take the chance and thank everyone who got involved in Activities Week. You all helped make it a truly memorable experience.
